These terms apply to the DiscountBay Bangladesh website (discountbay.com) and the DiscountBay apps for iOS and Android, run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Bangladesh (“DiscountBay”, “we”).

1. What DiscountBay does

DiscountBay lists discount offers published by shops, restaurants and other businesses (“stores”). Shoppers can generate a free QR coupon for an offer and show it at the store. The offer itself — the product, price and service — is provided by the store, not by DiscountBay.

2. Your account

You log in with your Bangladeshi mobile number and a one-time SMS code. Keep your phone secure; anyone with it can use your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page or at discountbay.com/account/delete.

3. QR coupons

  • Each coupon can be redeemed once, only at the store that published the offer, and only while the offer is valid.
  • Stores set how many coupons exist and how many each person may get. When they are gone, the offer is closed.
  • Copies or screenshots of a coupon stop working after it is scanned once.
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred for money.

4. Stores

Stores must give true information about their business, keep their offers honest and honour valid coupons. Store accounts, plans, slider ads and payments are covered by the store terms shown when a store registers. DiscountBay may remove offers or suspend stores that break these rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no fake accounts, automated coupon collection, attempts to copy or forge coupons, or interference with the website, apps or API.

6. Liability

DiscountBay is not responsible for the quality, safety or availability of products and services sold by stores. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for shoppers is nothing.
